At Good Morning Creators, we offer instant access to premium digital tools and AI-generated content. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are only considered under specific conditions.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered only if:
- No premium features, custom messages, or AI tools have been accessed.
- The request is made within 24 hours of the transaction.
- Any usage was accidental and verified as minimal by our system.
- The user has only accessed features within the Free Plan limits, even after upgrading to Premium.
Usage Tracking
Our system tracks usage of credits and premium features. If usage of premium features, the refund request will be declined.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Custom messages or AI-generated content have been used beyond minimal access.
- There has been partial or full usage of the subscription during the billing cycle.
- The reason is a change of mind or dissatisfaction after usage.
- Trial plans are non-refundable.
Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No charges will be made thereafter unless reactivated.
